Franjo Tuđman Zagreb Airport (ZAG) is Croatia's air cargo hub. There are good short-haul connections and airlines from the Middle East also fly to the airport. The majority of cargo is handled by express airlines and road feeder services.

Ivan Trost

Ivan completed his studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor and began his career in the export department at MTT. He joined Cargoline in 1988, gaining expertise in air and ocean freight operations in Vienna. In 1991, he was relocated to Graz to develop the business in Slovenia and Croatia, achieving market leadership in airfreight in both countries. Following Cargoline's acquisition by Deutsche Post in 2002, he also secured market leadership in ocean freight, managing nearly 100 employees across four offices. In 2016, Ivan joined Cargomind as a partner and now serves as Managing Director for Slovenia and Croatia, where he focuses on strategic growth, operational excellence, and building strong client relationships to reinforce Cargomind's market presence in the region.

Tomislav Ljubic

Tomislav graduated from the Faculty of Transport and Logistics at the University of Zagreb and began his career with Cargomind in 2016, specializing in the air freight industry. Since his promotion to Station Manager in 2020, Tomislav has played a key role in establishing Cargomind Croatia as a leading freight forwarder in the market. Under his leadership, the office has achieved consistent year-on-year growth, further solidifying its position in the industry.

Head of Ocean Freight

Davorka Požega

Davorka graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb in 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in the logistics industry. She started her career at UPS, where she worked for 13 years, first as Sales Manager and later as Managing Director for six years. In 2009, she joined DHL Global Forwarding as Sales Manager and in 2019, she joined Agent Plus d.o.o. as Multimodal and Operations Manager for Ocean Freight, further deepening her expertise in ocean freight. Since August 2022, Davorka has been Head of Ocean Freight at Cargomind Croatia, where she focuses on strengthening ocean freight operations.
