Cargomind (UK) Ltd, established in 2023, operates from its head office in London Heathrow and a warehouse in Hook. We provide logistics services across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, focusing on air and ocean freight as well as warehousing and distribution.

Our air freight activities are concentrated at Heathrow Airport. The largest air freight hub in Great Britain offers comprehensive global connections. In addition, national and international transportation can be handled via a supplementary cargo flight network.

Heathrow Airport (LHR) is a central hub offering worldwide connections and efficient handling of all types of freight. With approximately 1.5 million tonnes of freight handled and about 270 direct destinations, it is one of the top three hubs in Europe, along with Frankfurt and Paris.

Gatwick (LGW), Luton (LTN) and Stansted (STN) are major freight hubs in the Greater London area, with Stansted being the third largest cargo airport in the country with connections to over 200 destinations worldwide.

Jonathan Baker

Jonathan graduated with honors from the University of Southampton with a bachelor’s degree in maritime logistics. He began his career in 1996 as Logistics Manager for Case New Holland in Uzbekistan, where he managed the unloading of agricultural equipment and spare parts from trains and set up spare parts stores. His work led him to Turkmenistan and Ukraine, where he successfully set up air and ocean offices for Cargoline and DHL in Kyiv. From Ukraine, Jonathan moved to Russia to manage Kuehne+Nagel's operations there. Since joining Cargomind UK in 2022, he has established a warehouse operation in the UK and Ireland as well as an air and ocean freight office in London, driving strategic growth and expanding logistics capabilities in the region.

Shaun Hawkett

Shaun has over 28 years of experience in the logistics industry. He began his career in next day parcel delivery, managing operations across the Southeast of England, before moving into air freight in 1998 as General Manager for Sales & Marketing at British Midland, then the UK's second-largest airline. In 2008, Shaun was appointed board member of one of the largest general sales agents (GSA), overseeing a portfolio of 80 airlines across 43 offices worldwide. In 2013, he moved to the US to expand both international and domestic logistics operations, gaining valuable global experience. Since joining Cargomind UK in 2023, Shaun has focused on the development and expansion of air & ocean services within the UK market.

Ocean Freight Manager

Erhan Salahur

Erhan Salahur graduated from the Faculty of Maritime Business and Management in Izmir, Turkey in 2001. He started his logistics career in 2003 in the ocean freight documentation department of a shipping company. During this time, he gained extensive experience in operations, sales and customer service working for various companies in both the shipping and freight forwarding sectors. Erhan expanded his international trade expertise by entering the food industry and working in Poland. In 2022, he continued his career as a freight forwarding coordinator for a freight forwarding company in the UK. Since 2025, Erhan has been applying his industry knowledge as an Ocean Freight Manager at Cargomind, ensuring the implementation of efficient and customer-focused ocean freight solutions.
