Current Situation

Cargomind (Ukraine) LLC, established in 2008 and based in Kyiv, offers import and export solutions across air, ocean, and road transport. Despite the ongoing conflict, our Kyiv office continues to support clients with reliable logistics services, coordinating closely with EU offices and partners to maintain essential trade flows. We have proudly managed major projects, including logistics for Eurovision in Ukraine, FIFA's International Champions League, solar modules for the nation's largest energy provider, and vital U.S. aid shipments for our main military hospital.

We are proud of our team in Kiev for maintaining stable air freight operations under the most difficult of circumstances, quickly handling urgent imports, exports and humanitarian shipments, ensuring a continuous flow of goods.

Kyiv Boryspil International Airport (KBP) is Ukraine's most important gateway for air cargo traffic, but it remains closed to civil aviation until further notice.  As a result, freight is being handled through the closest European airports, such as VIE (Vienna), BUD (Budapest) and WAW (Warsaw).

Cargomind Ukraine ensures reliable and cost-effective ocean freight solutions, leveraging strong partnerships with carriers, port authorities, and a trusted network of trucking companies. Despite limited access to Ukrainian seaports, we coordinate efficient routes through EU ports to maintain import and export continuity.

Despite frequent interruptions, Odessa remains Ukraine’s largest and most important cargo port, actively handling international shipments and essential exports, especially grains and metals.

Danube river ports (Izmail, Reni, Ust-Dunaisk) have become increasingly vital due to their strategic location and improved security. They now handle a significant volume of Ukraine’s maritime cargo, supporting both imports and exports safely.

Yuzhny (Pivdennyi), known for its deep-water capacity, continues to play a key role in handling large bulk cargo. Especially for grains, helping to maintain Ukraine’s export capabilities.

We offer competitive rates for both ocean freight and local inland delivery within Ukraine, including full management of port formalities.

Due to the current situation, the security of cargo and personnel in Ukrainian ports is not guaranteed. For this reason, we recommend that our customers organize deliveries via the nearest EU ports, such as Constanta (Romania) and Gdansk/Gdynia (Poland).

Cargomind Ukraine maintains robust road freight operations, ensuring efficient transport between Europe and Ukraine. Our logistics specialists plan routes, provide export customs assistance, and ensure seamless transit, even under the current conditions.

International transport: Full truckload (FTL) services, less than truckload (LTL) and groupage cargo transport, including consolidation at a warehouse in Poland.

Custom solutions: Temperature-controlled and dangerous goods transport, coordinated for smooth cross-border movement between Ukraine and Europe.
