Established in 2014, Cargomind (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. operates from an office in Shanghai, strategically positioned to provide efficient air, ocean, and rail freight services. By utilizing China’s advanced logistics network and its integration with the New Eurasian Land-Bridge, we ensure seamless connections for our customers to global markets with speed and reliability.

From our location in Shanghai, we organize air freight shipments through all gateways in China. The office is IATA accredited and has direct access to the cargo holds of the major airlines. At the same time, we utilize the fixed capacities of selected master loaders to guarantee attractive offers to your advantage.

Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) is the central air cargo hub in the Yangtze Delta, China's largest economic region. With an annual cargo handling volume of nearly 3.5 million tons, it is the third largest hub in the world and the second largest in China after Hong Kong. More than 120 airlines operate at the airport, providing a full range of cargo space on both freighter and passenger aircraft.

Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Qingdao Jiaodong Airport (TAO) are the major air cargo handling hubs in the Bohai region of northern China, seamlessly connecting the country's second largest economic area with major cities around the world.

Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) and Shenzhen Bao'an (SZX) are located in the Pearl River Delta, China's fastest developing region. Both airports are among the 20 largest in the world and together handle approximately 3.5 million tons of air cargo annually.

Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG) and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) are located in the southwestern provinces of Chongqing and Sichuan, known for their IT and telecommunications manufacturing base. Both hubs also have excellent direct cargo and passenger connections to the rest of the world.

Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is still China's busiest air cargo hub with 4.3 million tons and enjoys a special position.

Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO), Hangzhou-Xiaoshan (HGH), Xi'an Xianyang International Airport (XIY) and Ezhou Huahu (EHU) are other major air cargo hubs.

China’s extensive network of seaports enables efficient ocean freight handling for imports and exports.

The Port of Shanghai is the world's largest container port, handling over 47 million TEUs in 2022. It serves as the centerpiece of China's international trade and a major hub for global shipping routes.

The Port of Ningbo-Zhoushan, the second-largest port in China, handeld over 33 million TEUs in 2022. Known for its ability to manage large cargo tonnage, it plays a crucial role in supporting industry in the Yangtze River Delta.

The Ports of Shenzhen and Guangzhou located in the Pearl River Delta are vital for trade in southern China. Shenzhen handles over 30 million TEUs annually.

The Port of Qingdao is China's fourth-largest port and one of the ten busiest ports in the world.

The Ports of Xiamen and Fuzhou provide efficient regional connectivity, driving economic development in southeastern China.

The Ports of Tianjin and Dalian play important roles with Tianjin serving as a primary gateway for northern China's imports and exports, while Dalian is relevant in the northeast.

The Ports of Zhuhai and Shantou supporting the economy of the Pearl River Delta. Zhuhai complements Guangzhou and Shenzhen's operations, and Shantou drives growth in eastern Guangdong.

The Ports of Lianyungang and Yantai are of major importance. Lianyungang is a key link in the New Eurasian Land Bridge, connecting Europe and Asia by sea and rail. Yantai supports industry on the Shandong Peninsula with diverse cargo operations.

The Port of Haikou is the primary port for Hainan Island.

The Port of Yangshan reached a throughput capacity of 49 million standard containers in 2023, maintaining its position as the world's leading port for 14 consecutive years. It features more than 30 deep-water berths and the world's largest automated container terminal.

Wuhan and Changsha function as central hubs linking Europe and Southeast Asia, with Wuhan focused on heavy industry and Changsha on agricultural exports.

Betty Chen

Betty Chen graduated from Hangzhou University in 1991 with a degree in foreign trade. She gained international experience managing office operations and supervising production for companies such as Basha Scarfs (USA), Enjoy (Germany) and UBI (Australia). In 2002, Betty moved into the freight forwarding business and joined China Railway Express (CRE), a market leader in air freight handling in Shanghai. During her tenure, she established a global network of agency partners and was promoted to Deputy Director of Marketing in 2006. Following the closure of CRE, Betty held key positions at ASI (France) and Del Corona & Scardigli (Italy), further expanding her expertise. Since joining Cargomind in 2014, Betty has led the China operations, leveraging her extensive experience and market knowledge to drive success in one of the world's most dynamic logistics markets.

Jessie Chen

Jessie holds a Master's degree in English from Shanghai Normal University, graduating in 2004. She started her career at China Railway Express (CRE) in the same year, where she gained extensive experience in the air import, air export and marketing departments. Following the closure of CRE, Jessie joined ASI (France) and Del Corona & Scardigli (Italy) as a Customer Service Specialist, managing key accounts for both air and ocean freight. In 2014, Jessie joined the newly established Cargomind Shanghai office. As an Air Freight Manager, she uses her extensive industry experience to optimize air freight operations and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Ocean Freight Manager

Allen Shen

Allen joined the logistics industry in 2004, beginning his career in the ocean department of the FPS Group. From 2006 to 2017, he held key positions at Master International Logistics (FMC MIGC), including supervisor of operations, team leader of customer service and marketing manager. During this time, he gained extensive experience in managing LCL and FCL shipping lanes across multiple markets. In 2017, Allen joined Cargomind Shanghai as Ocean Freight Manager. He has played a major role in the development of the Ocean Freight department, contributing to and witnessing the company's dynamic growth over the years.

Yolanda Yan

Yolanda has almost 15 years of experience in the logistics industry. Before joining Cargomind, she was a team leader in the ocean freight department of the Militzer & Münch Group, where she was responsible for customer service for key accounts. At Rhenus Logistics, she worked as a Landbridge Solution Manager, supporting overseas agents in developing rail freight business and driving significant growth. At Cargomind Shanghai, Yolanda focuses on rail freight and multimodal transport solutions. She has successfully supported the group's offices with rail projects, including shipments from Vietnam to Europe and specific project cargo movements from China to Europe by rail. Her expertise continues to strengthen Cargomind's rail freight offering.
