Our air freight experts in Slovenia are based in their office directly at the Ljubljana airport and organize together with our partners even the most demanding air freight shipments to anywhere in the world.

Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU) is the main airport in Slovenia, but the choice of airlines and the number of destinations served directly is limited.

Larger air freight shipments are therefore either routed via the nearby hubs using road feeder services or, if time is of the essence, delivered directly to the door by us in Vienna or Frankfurt after landing.

Our office is located directly at the Port of Koper, ensuring efficient communication with port infrastructure and logistics facilities for all related transactions.

Koper is a key port for imports and exports not only for Slovenia, but also an important gateway to Central Europe. The port offers access to all major maritime routes. Koper is especially a strategic location for shipments to and from Asia, with a significant time advantage over Northern European ports.

Ivan Trost

Ivan Trost graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor. He began his logistics career in the Export Department of MTT before joining Cargoline in 1988, where he gained expertise in air and ocean freight operations in Vienna. In 1991, he was tasked with establishing Cargoline's business in Slovenia and Croatia, achieving market leadership in air freight and later in ocean freight after the company’s acquisition by Deutsche Post. In 2016, he joined Cargomind as Partner and Managing Director for Slovenia and Croatia. Ivan demonstrates exceptional skills in addressing challenging situations and developing innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs, ensuring Cargomind remains a trusted partner in logistics.

Station Manager and Head of Air Freight, Ljubljana

Tanja Rozic

Tanja graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Ljubljana in 2005. She started her career in 1997 at Cargoline d.o.o., based at Brnik Airport, Slovenia, where she worked as an Air Freight Export Specialist. In 2005, Tanja joined DHL Logistika d.o.o., based at Brnik Airport, where she was promoted to Air Freight Export Manager and successfully managed export operations for over a decade. In 2016, she moved to Jakob's Center d.o.o. as Director of Development and Foreign Markets, focusing on GSA business, cooperation with airlines and the Balkan region. Since 2020, Tanja has been the Station Manager for Cargomind in Ljubljana, with the office located at Brnik Airport. Her extensive industry experience and strong network ensure efficient operations and drive growth in the Slovenian market.

Mojca Režek

Mojca graduated from the Faculty of Logistics in Celje in 2010 and started her career at DHL Global Forwarding in 2011 in the Ocean Freight department. There, she gained valuable experience in both operational and customer service aspects of logistics. In 2020, Mojca joined Cargomind in the ocean export department, where her expertise and dedication quickly stood out. In 2023, she was promoted to Head of Ocean Freight, leading the team and driving the development of efficient and reliable ocean freight solutions.
