About the Role:

Independent handling of air freight shipments (export)

Coordination of logistics processes, including air freight forwarding, shipment handling, and subcontractor management

Communication with our customers and partners around the world

Processing and managing documentation, such as shipping documents, invoices, and records in relevant systems

Handling pricing and invoicing, including price offers, cost control, and processing incoming invoices

Ensuring accurate shipment records, both digitally and in paper form, for tracking and compliance

What You’ll Bring:

Several years of forwarding experience, preferably in air freight

High level of independence, responsibility, and flexibility in daily tasks

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resilience, accuracy and reliability

Team player with a pro-active, solution-oriented approach

Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement

English - Advanced (C1)

Advanced MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)

Valid Category B driver’s license

Compensation

For this position, we offer an attractive and competitive salary above the collective agreement. The minimum salary for a full-time position is €1,400 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is the potential for additional pay.
