About the Role:

Coordination of our fleet in Salzburg and Innsbruck

Operational management and support of our drivers

Commercial responsibility for staffing

Managing the warehouse at our Salzburg hub

Handling complaints with a solution-oriented approach

Serve as a point of contact for our customers and employees

What You’ll Bring:

Work experience in dispatching or logistics, ideally with a truck driver's license (not mandatory!)

Good geographical knowledge and strong organizational skills

Resilience, teamwork and excellent communication skills

Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style

Solid IT skills

Compensation

For this position, we offer an attractive and competitive salary above the collective agreement. The minimum salary for a full-time position is € 2,085.15 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is the potential for significant additional pay.
