About the Role:

Foster and maintain relationships with selected existing customers

Proactively seek new sales opportunities and potential clients

Enhance your understanding of our air and ocean products

Collaborate closely with the operations and pricing departments to ensure seamless cooperation

Provide expert advice to customers on the best freight forwarding solutions tailored to their specific needs

Respond to sales inquiries from potential and existing customers via the website, email, and phone calls

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system

What You’ll Bring:

Completed commercial education (university, business school, freight forwarding training or equivalent)

Fluency in written and spoken English

Excellent MS Office skills

Several years of sales experience within the freight forwarding industry (air and ocean)

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resilience, accuracy and reliability

Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills

Team player with a pro-active, solution-oriented approach
