The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use and the place of performance shall be Vienna, District 1. Consumers: According to Section 14 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the place of jurisdiction for claims against consumers is their place of residence, habitual abode, or place of employment, if this is in Austria.
