CODE Q WEB FACTORY GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 126/20, 1070 Vienna, Austria, handles our storage and hosting and has access to personal data in accordance with our instructions in order to provide IT services.
Duration of storage
The data will be stored for as long as contact with the data subject exists but for no longer than one year after your last contact with us.
3. Direct advertising
Purpose and scope
We use your personal data from inquiries or newsletter registrations for direct advertising in order to send you information about Cargomind activities and products and to adapt our marketing strategies. You can object to the use of your data for these purposes at any time.
Legal basis
Conducting direct advertising is a legitimate interest of ours in order to reach interested parties and business partners in the best possible way. The legal basis for the processing is therefore the existence of a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
When using the data for this purpose, the requirements under communication law, in particular Section 171 Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2021, are complied with.
Recipients of the data
We use CODE Q WEB FACTORY GmbH as our IT service provider for the storage and hosting of personal data. This company may also have access to personal data in order to provide the contracted IT services in accordance with our instructions and under our authority.
We also use service providers for the provision of marketing services, the implementation of marketing campaigns, and for sending mailings.
Duration of storage
We store your data for up to three years after your last contact with us, unless you object to the processing of your data beforehand.

A restriction means that your data will continue to be stored, but we will not take any other processing steps with regard to your data. Notwithstanding the possibility of filing suit in the regional court according to Section 29 (2) Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) 2018 and any other legal remedies, the right to appeal to the national supervisory authority of your place of residence exists if unlawful processing of personal data is suspected. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible.
